Taunia began her professional career in real estate but found her true calling in helping families access affordable healthcare. As the founder of Ourso Insurance, she’s built the company from the ground up with a commitment to integrity, education, and empowerment. Under her leadership, the agency has become one of the leading brokerages in Louisiana, known for its warm service and customized plan offerings.

REV Vega

Managing Partner

A native of Donaldsonville, LA, REV Vega began his career in the pharmaceutical industry, gaining leadership experience in quality systems at Sicor (Teva) and Celegene CTD. He transitioned into biopharmaceutical manufacturing and later into insurance as a top-producing sales agent at Humana MarketPOINT, earning the President’s Club Award. Recognized for his ability to simplify regulations for clients, REV joined Ourso Insurance in 2024 alongside Taunia Ourso with a shared commitment to treating customers and agents like family.
