I have been with Legacy Wealth Partners since 2022 as the Director of Client Relations. I have had my insurance license in health, life and accident since 2022. I and my business associates joined Ourso Insurance in 2023 to enhance and serve our clients through their retirement phase, adding Medicare Insurance options to our portfolio. My primary focus is carefully guiding clients through their Medicare Planning, ensuring that each client’s needs and concerns are addressed. My husband, Brian, and I live in Gonzales, with our dogs. We are active members of our church, St. Theresa of Avila. On my days away from the office, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, playing golf, and going to LSU and Saints games.

Crystal has held her Life, Health, and Accident license since 2013. After experiencing the loss of family members, she recognized the importance of having proper coverage in place to protect loved ones. In 2025, Crystal and her husband, William, joined Ourso Insurance to expand their business and offer more products to better serve their clients. Since 2015, Crystal has focused on educating clients about their benefits and simplifying the application process. Her approach is centered on guiding people to make the most of their coverage. In 2017, William joined Crystal in the healthcare field, and together, they’ve worked to provide personalized Medicare plans based on their clients’ specific needs, including doctor and medication preferences. With a deep commitment to their ministry, family, and clients, Crystal and William strive to create customized Medicare plans tailored to each individual’s needs.
